Enquiries & Order Confirmation
Submitting an enquiry through our website, email, or any other channel is a non-binding expression of interest and does not constitute a confirmed order or create any contractual obligation on either party.
An order is only considered confirmed once all of the following have been agreed upon in writing between CMKart Global and the client:
- Full product specifications (material, dimensions, finish, quantity, etc.)
- Final pricing and applicable taxes or duties
- Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
- Agreed payment terms and payment schedule
- Delivery or lead time expectations
- Any specific compliance, labelling, or regulatory requirements
CMKart Global reserves the right to decline or modify any order at its discretion, particularly if product availability, sourcing feasibility, or compliance requirements are not met.
Customisation & Samples
CMKart Global offers bespoke packaging and product solutions tailored to your specific requirements. Customisation may include design, materials, dimensions, branding, colour matching, and more.
Regarding samples, please note the following:
- Sample production may be offered prior to bulk order confirmation, subject to availability.
- Samples may be chargeable depending on the complexity, material cost, and sourcing requirements. Any applicable sample charges will be communicated in advance.
- Sample charges may or may not be credited against a subsequent bulk order, as agreed in writing.
- Samples are produced based on the specifications provided at the time of request. Any changes to specifications after sample approval will require a revised sample and may incur additional charges.
Minor variations in colour, texture, finish, or dimensions between samples and bulk production are considered within industry-standard tolerances. CMKart Global will make every effort to ensure consistency, but cannot guarantee an exact match due to the nature of manufacturing processes.
Pricing, MOQ & Payment Terms
All pricing provided by CMKart Global is based on the specific product, quantity, material, sourcing region, and current market conditions. Prices are not fixed and may change without notice until a formal order is confirmed.
Key points regarding pricing and payments:
- Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) vary by product type and supplier. MOQs will be clearly communicated before order confirmation.
- Prices may be quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) or other currencies as mutually agreed.
- Payment terms (advance payment, milestone payments, credit terms, etc.) will be agreed upon before order confirmation and will form part of the written order agreement.
- CMKart Global reserves the right to revise pricing if there are significant changes in raw material costs, currency fluctuations, or logistics expenses between quotation and order confirmation.
- All applicable taxes, import/export duties, customs charges, and levies are the responsibility of the buyer unless explicitly stated otherwise in the order agreement.
- Late payments may result in order delays, suspension of services, or additional charges as specified in the payment agreement.
Lead Times & Delivery
Lead times for production and delivery are estimates provided in good faith and depend on various factors, including but not limited to:
- Product complexity and specification requirements
- Supplier location and production capacity
- Availability of raw materials
- Logistics routes and shipping schedules
- Customs clearance and regulatory processing
While CMKart Global makes every reasonable effort to meet agreed delivery timelines, we cannot be held liable for delays caused by:
- Third-party logistics providers, freight carriers, or courier services
- Customs authorities, port congestion, or regulatory inspections
- Force majeure events such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or geopolitical disruptions
- Delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client
In the event of a delay, CMKart Global will communicate with the client as soon as reasonably possible and work towards a revised delivery schedule. Risk of loss or damage to goods transfers to the buyer upon handover to the logistics provider, unless otherwise agreed.

CMKart Global provides sourcing support for both import and export transactions. We assist clients in identifying suppliers, coordinating logistics, and facilitating standard documentation required for international trade.
Our support includes assistance with:

- It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the goods ordered comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards in the destination country, including product safety, labelling, and certification requirements.
- Any duties, taxes, or fines imposed by authorities during import/export are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

- CMKart Global’s liability in any quality dispute is limited to the value of the affected goods and does not extend to indirect, consequential, or business losses.
Cancellation & Returns Policy

Returns are only accepted in the following circumstances:
- The goods received are materially different from the confirmed specifications
